Return Process

  Log in to your Omi AI account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the device and all original accessories, manuals, and cables into the original product packaging to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
